Our client, a leader in producing advanced contract administration software for architects is seeking a Sales Manager for their Charlottetown, PEI based operations. The main responsibility of the Sales Manager is to educate architectural firms in the contract administration software and enlist their support to the point that they implement the program in their organization?s standard work practice. The Sales Manager will have the ability to address clients? questions and concerns as well as demonstrate knowledge of the product and provide examples of how using the product can drastically reduce contract administration timelines and improve the efficiency of their overall operations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven sales record in software and web markets as well as a strong understanding of the architecture industry. To succeed in this role you must have an outgoing personality with a desire to interact and network yourself in the local, regional and national architectural community. As a Sales Manager for a technology firm, you will have had some previous exposure to advanced technologies i.e. selling, managing, producing, etc. You have a willingness to learn, and advanced research skills to help bring you up to speed in effectively communicating and understanding the benefits of the product.
The selected candidate for the role will have a vision which expands beyond the borders of PEI, and the ability to network the product through various channels. The Sales Manager will play a very important role in the success of the entire company, and will be remunerated accordingly. A competitive salary and commission structure will be determined based on experience.
This is a full time permanent position with endless opportunity, occasional travel may be required.
