Sales Leader ? Food Production Our client is seeking a Sales Leader to foster and develop a successful sales team focused at meeting and exceeding target customer service levels. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for establishing plans and developing strategies to take personal customer service, quality products and recognized brand names to a level that outperforms competition.
As Sales Leader your primary responsibility will be to execute a strategy aimed at deeper and stronger relationships with the customer. The Sales Leader will be responsible for the delivery of ongoing team building, coaching, mentorship, development and leadership to a Sales Team to focus their efforts on meeting and exceeding customer service, sales growth and profitability targets.
The chosen candidate will have the ability to build and maintain consultative business relationships with customers, knowledge of enhancing the corporate reputation and integrating a personal style into an established culture and experience leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
Ideally, the chosen candidate will have experience at a senior sales level in leading and mentoring a sales team. Proven ability to develop and implement corporate goals and plans to achieve growth and new opportunities is considered a strong asset. Strong business development skills, solid judgement and strategic decision making ability are required.
