Well loved guitar for a good home in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island for sale

For sale - "The Little Guy", much beloved guitar and performance accomplice.Featured prominently with the Two Man Big Band, where it has been rocked out upon by myself and Global Chorus editor and rockstar at large, Todd MacLean. It's an orchestra model - meaning that it's got a shorter length, depth and waist than dreadnoughts (standard sized guitars). It's favoured by acoustic or finger style players, and would be great for a younger or smaller player, or anyone not wanting to lug around a huge guitar.
It's an electric acoustic model, with a TK-40 pre-amp that sounds amazing when plugged in, but this guitar sounds great straight acoustic.
I have loved playing this guitar, and I'm only selling because I'm upgrading to a larger body guitar. I bought it at Long & MacQuade in Fort McMurray in 2010 for $650, plus $85 for the hard case. It has been stored and well looked after, with a fresh set up performed each year.
I am asking $450 (for a $725 value!), including the hard case.
