House to be moved. Currently my old cinder block basement has fallen in and the house has a demolition order on it for me to comply with in 30 days. Structurally there is nothing wrong with the house itself, just the basement. I am hoping to sell the house portion and fill in the basement and leave it as a lot. Since this picture there was a new roof put on the house 3 years ago. There are currently 2 decks on the house, one is 3 years old and the other is 6 years old both built with pressure treated lumber. The siding and windows on the house is 9 years old as is most of the structure. When I had bought the house 9 years ago it was rebuilt after a fire. Although not big (711 sq feet) it would make a great cottage. There is currently no drywall or insulation and the flooring has been pulled up although the laminate for the living room is there and can be put down. I am asking $10,000 as is and you move.
